Sports have shaped who she is from an early age, beginning with softball, soccer, and basketball before evolving into a standout career in volleyball and track & field.
During high school, Magee excelled as a middle blocker in volleyball while also developing the skillset to compete all around the court. At the same time, she was a force on the track, competing in the 200m, 400m, 4×100, and 4×400 relays, where she built the speed, explosiveness, and mental toughness that define her training philosophy today.
She continued her volleyball career at College of the Canyons, competing as a middle blocker while continuing to develop her speed and conditioning through track & field training. Magee later broadened her athletic background by competing in rugby at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) for two years—adding another layer of physicality, resilience, and adaptability to her competitive foundation.
Magee earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Applied Fitness from CSUN and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. When she’s not coaching, Magee stays active through strength training, hiking, cycling, rollerblading, and any activity that keeps her challenged and progressing.
Magee’s goal with Elite Edge athletes is to develop competitors who are strong, confident, and prepared for long-term success. She believes great performance starts with movement quality, injury prevention, and intentional programming that supports both physical and mental growth.
