The B.I.G. Athlete Development Path

Every athlete at Elite Edge follows a structured development pathway designed to build strength, speed, coordination, and confidence over time. Our B.I.G. (Best In Game) Athlete Development Path ensures athletes train at the right level for their age and experience while progressing safely toward higher levels of performance.

No shortcuts. No cookie-cutter workouts. Just intentional training built for long-term athletic development.

B.I.G. FUNdamentals (Ages 8–10)

Build confidence and coordination through fun, play-based training. Athletes develop essential movement skills — running, jumping, throwing, and balance — while learning to love movement and teamwork.

B.I.G. Motor Development (Ages 11–14)

Turn foundation into performance through structured, sport-specific training. Sessions emphasize proper technique, body control, and acceleration, building strength and confidence to compete at the next level.

B.I.G. Competition Prep (Ages 15–18)

Where potential becomes performance. Advanced training develops max strength, power, and speed while refining sport-specific mechanics, preparing athletes for high-level competition.

B.I.G. Performance Conditioning (MRT) – All Ages

High-energy sessions combining strength, conditioning, and endurance for athletes and adults. MRT builds power, stamina, and resilience through time-based circuits that challenge the body and mind.

B.I.G. Elite Training (College & Advanced Athletes)

Train like a pro. Advanced resistance methods and sport-specific power development in collaboration with collegiate strength coaches prepare athletes for top-level competition.

Elite Edge provides sports performance training for athletes ages 8–18. Our programs are organized by developmental stage to ensure athletes build strength, speed, coordination, and confidence safely as they grow.

Training groups are structured so younger athletes focus on foundational movement skills while older athletes develop advanced strength, power, and performance.

Most athletes train two to three times per week, depending on their schedule and development goals. Our coaching staff can help families determine the ideal training frequency to balance sports practices, school, and recovery.

No prior training experience is required. Many athletes begin with little or no experience in strength training.

Our programs teach proper movement mechanics, strength development, and speed training in a structured environment that prioritizes technique, safety, and long-term development.

Elite Edge follows a long-term athletic development system rather than random workouts or generic fitness classes.

Every training session is structured around proven performance principles including mobility, speed development, power training, strength building, conditioning, and recovery.
